POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Please take a moment to become familiar with our policies and procedures.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

It is important for the integrity and value of our coaching relationship that we are open and honest with each other. In this light, what we discuss will remain completely confidential.

HOW WE WILL MEET:

We meet by telephone or in person the amount of time indicated in your specific package and each session will typically last 1 hour depending on the package. We typically schedule our calls and meetings for the same time and day each week. Weeks that we do not have scheduled calls are an excellent time for you to put extra time and effort into achieving your objectives.

CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS:

I request that you make our scheduled calls and meetings a priority. On the rare occasion when you need to reschedule, please let me know at least forty-eight hours in advance. As I understand emergencies come up from time to time, so everyone is entitled to one 'free pass', after that pass has been used it's only fair that you will be charged for any last minute cancellations or missed calls.

EXTRA TIME:

Please call or e-mail between meetings and calls if you cannot wait to share a success, need advice, have a challenge, or just want to check in. There is time between our regular calls, and we enjoy providing this extra level of service. We do not bill for this type of additional time, we only request that you keep extra calls to a maximum of five to ten minutes each.

**FOR LIFE COACHING CLIENTS ONLY:

Although we do not make formal agreements with our clients, we recommend you commit to coaching for a minimum of three to six months. The benefits of coaching build over time. In order to make this experience as valuable as possible, I encourage you to make this commitment to yourself.

REFFERRALS:

Many of our clients have come to us through referral. If our coaching has enabled you to generate the results you want in your life, we ask that you please share your coaching experience of NLP with others, and refer us to anyone you know who might be interested in what coaching or NLP has to offer. I will happily conduct a complimentary 30 minute coaching session with anyone you refer.
